Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Using FAHP-FVIKOR Approach Based on Balanced Scorecard (BSC): A Case of Yazdʹʹs Ceramic and Tile Industry

هدف تحقيق حاضر ارايه يك مدل جامع براي ارزيابي عملكرد شركت‌هاي كاشي و سراميك استان يزد مي‌باشد. در تحقيق حاضر كارت امتيازي متوازن براي ارزيابي عملكرد به عنوان يك مدل جامع ارزيابي كه هم جنبه مالي و هم جنبه غيرمالي را در نظر مي‌گيرد، مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است؛ علاوه بر اين جهت جامع‌تر شدن نتايج تحقيق هر چهار جنبه كارت امتياز متوارن و زير شاخص‌هاي آن مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. سپس با استفاده از تكنيك دلفي فازي زير شاخص‌هاي استاندارد هريك از چهار شاخص كارت امتياز متوازن طي دو مرحله و با كسب اجماع نظر خبرگان مشخص گرديد. براي تعيين اهميت هر يك از ابعاد از فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي فازي استفاده شد كه نتايج نشان مي‌دهد از بين چهار جنبه كارت امتيازي متوازن، شاخص مالي بيشترين اهميت را داراست و بعد از اين شاخص، شاخص مشتري در جايگاه دوم، رشد و يادگيري در جايگاه سوم و فرآيندهاي داخلي در جايگاه چهارم قرار دارند؛ در مرحله بعد با استفاده از تكنيك ويكورفازي، شركت‌هاي مورد بررسي در مرحله قبل با توجه به شاخص‌هاي مورد بررسي رتبه‌بندي شده‌اند، كه نتايج حاصل از تحليل داده‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه شركت كاشي 1 بهترين عملكرد را در بين ده شركت مورد بررسي از منظر جهار شاخص كارت امتياز متوازن دارد.

The comprehensive assessment model considers the financial and non-?nancial aspects as balanced scorecard. Also, for more comprehensive results of the investigation, four aspects of the balanced scorecard were used and then by using fuzzy Delphi technique and expertsʹ opinions, the standard aspects of each were achieved in two stages. To determine the importance of each aspect of BSC, the process of fuzzy hierarchical analysis was employed. The results showed that among the four aspects of balanced scorecard, the financial index has the greatest significance, the customer index is in second place, and the third place belongs to growth and learning, and internal processes are in fourth place. In the next stage, the companies studied in the previous level were ranked by fuzzy VIKOR technique according to the indices. The results reveal that company A has the best performance among the ten companies from the perspective of four indices.
