Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the effect of the weight and the position of the image-doping on the electron transport in a nanostructure with an antiparallel double image-magnetic barriers. We find the weight of the image-doping obviously suppresses the transmission probability and the electron conductance. We also find that there is no spin-polarization when the image-doping is sited at the middle of the two magnetic fields, while the large degree of the spin-polarization could be achieved by changing the position of the image-doping. These interesting features will be more helpful for developing new types of devices.
