Abstract :
Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling is instrumental for terminal differentiation of keratinocytes, hair morphogenesis, and maintenance of the skin barrier. now demonstrate that the calcium-permeable channel TRPV3 is required for these EGFR-dependent functions.
