Abstract :
Tumor cells frequently display an abnormal number of chromosomes, a phenomenon known as aneuploidy. now show that aneuploid cells are particularly sensitive to compounds that induce proteotoxic and energy stress. Could this vulnerability lead to new cancer therapies?
