Abstract :
The target of rapamycin complex 2 (TORC2) is a key regulator of cell growth. now provide evidence that TORC2 is activated by direct association with the ribosome, which may ensure that TORC2 activity is calibrated to match the cellʹs intrinsic growth capacity.
