Abstract
In this paper, the main performance indices of a heat-regenerative adsorptive reversible heat pump are defined from the viewpoints of simulation and experiment respectively. Based on the practical three-heat-reservoir model, the influences of various parameters are studied, such as heat source temperature, supply air output temperature, environmental temperature, heat capacity ratio of adsorber metal and thermal fluid to adsorbent and two-adsorber temperature difference at the end of heat recovery etc. It can be used to guide the optimal running of the system. Research indicates that the prototype performance is satisfactory and the experimental result is close to simulation.
