Abstract :
The study sought to assess the perceptions on performance appraisal by employees in the secondary education sector and the extent to which these perceptions have affected performance by secondary education teachers in Zaka District, Masvingo and whether the Public Service Commission has responded to the appraisal process in line with its blue print.
