Assessment of the Quality of the Management Decisions made during the Strategic Change Process in the State Corporations

In this article the specifics of the management decisions made while carrying out strategic change programs in the state corporations is addressed. Original method developed by the author is proposed to analyze and diagnose the problems arising during organizational change. Based on the example of the purchasing policy change in the State Corporation Rosatom, the author demonstrates how to assess the quality of the management decisions made.
