Abstract :
A bio-mimic bulk acoustic wave (BAW) sensor was fabricated by coating it with the epinephrine template molecular imprinting polymer (MIP). This sensor exhibited high selectivity and sensitive response to epinephrine. A linear relationship between 5.0×10−8 and 2.0×10−5 M was revealed. The detection limit was 2.0×10−8 M. Recoveries were 93.2–108.7%. Influencing factors were investigated in detail and optimized. Analytical applications of this bio-mimic sensor were performed.
