  • Abstract
    Knowledge management system is taken as a main central section of a system, and the staff are equipped with knowledge and information in need so that they can do their duties more properly, and then make better and faster decisions. Thus, there needs a sort of system that is capable of backing up diverse processes of knowledge management. Implementing the knowledge management of product and sharing knowledge are to be facilitated, as well. The position of a comprehensive Knowledge management system requires a long-term systematic approach, although it is practical to implement some grades of the system with the present facilities. At the present time, having seen the knowledge management in organizations are innovative, and it needs fundamental development. Taking the role of knowledge in exporting organizations into account, that leads to develop non-oil exports and to increase foreign income of our country. To do so, Export Guarantee Fund of Iran plays a particular and important role in increasing exports, implementing and establishing knowledge management. In this study, the role of critical factors of establishing knowledge management on developing export at Export Guarantee Fund of Iran are to be studied. The present study is an applied one; the methodology is causal and the statistical population is EGF of Iran. In the present study, all experts/managers of EGF of Iran are utilized as censuses. Generally speaking, the study has used methods such descriptive and inferential. The method for determining the components, the technique exploratory factor analysis through SPSS software , and for understanding the components of discovered knowledge management in increasing exports, the technique SEM used in which a structural model of the software AMOS would be provided. The results of factor analysis for establishing knowledge management are the four features as organizational culture, organizational structure, human resource, and information technology, all of which has an effect on export development. All the hypothesis are accepted on the base of the impact of organizational culture, organizational structure, human resource, and information technology on export development. Nevertheless, among the variables, organizational structure has got the top rank (sig. coefficient 0/999), then organizational culture (0/758), human resource (0/707), and IT (0/560).
