Abstract
The aim of this study is to assess the relationship between the professional competencies and job psychological pressures in Iran. The study population consists of all employees of public organization in Firouzabad city. Data analysis shows that there is a reverse relation between variables. These findings shows that the major factors in reducing job psychological pressures in employees to focus on their professional competence at all levels of the organization. It is recommended that managers develop and improve cognitive abilities, expertise, ethical dimension, communication skills and ability to adapt those employees concerned.
