Nonlinear update scheme for partially filled cells

This paper presents a method for the consideration of mesh cells which are partially filled with nonlinear materials within the framework of the finite integration technique. The necessary modifications of the nonlinear update method are described and verified by the simulation of the TEAM Workshop Problem 20.
