Developing a DSS for HR Productivity

This paper introduces a decision support system. The main specifications of this system are: - Presenting productivity of human’s resources in different forms, by using various mathematical tools (Fuzzy logic, Analytical Hierarchy process …) and show the amount of Human Resource Productivity in various forms, Determining the order of the urgency of the elements and causes that play role in creation of the existing state of human resource, - Offering suitable solutions of all the existing solutions for the rise of the productivity of human’s resources to its users, This procedure has been established based on a three-phase problem solving algorithm which includes: problem recognition, causes recognition and solutions offering.
