Abstract :
This research aims to study the role of inter-duty interactions and collaboration among marketing and purchasing sectors in the industrial companies manufacturing electrical parts on the one hand and to review the mutual effect of customer-orientation and inter-duty collaboration on the effectiveness of industrial institutes on the other hand. In this study, the role of inter-duty collaboration as the symbol of internal unity (internal alignment) and participation between company sections are studied which is in turn effective in establishment of a sustainable competitive advantage and facilitation and integration of demand chain. The model has been tested in 75 industrial companies out of 120 companies engaged in manufacturing electrical parts in Khorasan Razavi province with two key respondents in the marketing and purchasing sectors. The results obtained from this research indicate that collaboration (marketing - purchasing) and effects of inter-duty and customer orientation interactions directly affect the effectiveness of the said institutes.
