Abstract :
Many high energy hadron interactions are predictable in the framework of perturbative QCD with non-perturbative functions which contain dynamical information on the structure of hadrons. These functions can be extracted by a fit to the corresponding experimental data in the framework. Fragmentation functions (FFs) give the information on parton fragmentation processes. FFs become important elements in analyses of high energy interactions with hadron production, like semi-inclusive deep inelastic scattering (SIDIS). The SIDIS process is significant for the detailed investigation of the spin structure of proton. However, the errors of FFs had not been estimated. The FFs can be obtained by a fit to the world data of hadron production in e+e- annihilation. By performing the fit to e+e- experimental data, we estimated the errors of FFs, especially focusing on widely used Kretzer parameterization. By applying those results, we also investigated the effects of the errors of FFs on the analysis of SIDIS process.
