Abstract :
By developing the rate equation method, we study the transport properties of a three-terminal triple quantum dot system in the presence of a perpendicular magnetic field. It is shown that the inter-dot coupling between two quantum dots, which contacted with two drains, brings a “sticking” effect and causes decay in the source–drain current, and localization of electrons. We also investigate the coexistence and interplay of multiterminal interference and Aharonov–Bohm (AB) effects under the condition of two output terminals. Furthermore, we found that the fundamental periodic oscillation in the I-flux curves would weaken with the increase in magnetic field frequency.
