Abstract :
In this work we study the Zeeman splitting in induced ballistic 1D wires fabricated along two orthogonal crystallographic directions View the MathML source and View the MathML source. Our data shows that the g-factor anisotropy for the high symmetry View the MathML source direction can be explained by the 1D confinement only, whereas in the case of View the MathML source direction, the interaction between the 1D confinement and crystal anisotropy effects is evident.
