Abstract :
Magnetic field dependence of the low-temperature photoluminescence (PL) is investigated with several samples of GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructures of different GaAs well width. PL intensity and magnetic field dependence are explained in terms of recombination process rate equation. Current induced changes in PL are discussed.
