Abstract
In different 2D systems we study interaction corrections to the Drude conductivity in the intermediate and ballistic regimes, where the parameter kBTτ/ℏ changes from 0.1 to 10 (τ is momentum relaxation time). The temperature dependence of the resistance and magnetoresistance are analysed in terms of recent theories of electron–electron interactions. It is shown that the character of the fluctuation potential is important in the manifestation of the interaction effects.
