Abstract :
Resistance measurements of a quantum ring were carried out under irradiation of microwave. The irradiation of microwave affects Aharonov–Bohm oscillation. The broad peak was also observed in the condition the radius of the quantum ring agrees with the classical cyclotron radius of electrons. This can be interpreted as a photon absorption by the electrons in a quantum ring.
