Abstract :
Hoteliers are competing for travelers more these days, whether for business or for pleasure. To make themselves stand out and attract more business, some hotels are going the extra mile to acquire or maintain the top spot in the market. Theyʹre investing in various multimedia technologies to either improve their efficiency, offer services that suit peopleʹs business needs, or generally woo the traveler with gizmos into purchasing a room out of curiosity.
