PHOTONIC BAND GAPS IN ONE-DIMENSIONAL METALLIC STAR WAVEGUIDE STRUCTURE

In the present communication, we investigate theoretically and study a different type of photonic structure called metallic star waveguide (SWG) structure. The proposed structure, having single homogenous metallic material, is composed of a backbone (or s
