Abstract
Within the Trotter path integral representation, a set of discretized integral equations is derived which describes the dynamics of the dissipative multi-state system. In this formulation, the path summation problem is essentially limited to the evaluation of the integral kernels. The kernels are calculated by employing an appropriate version of the path class approach introduced previously. Applications to tight-binding systems which are coupled to few environmental modes or to an Ohmic bath are presented.
