Abstract :
Bank marketing is a blazing issue for every private sector bank, be it an Indian Bank or a Foreign Bank. Core banking, chic yet simple and assorted financial services provided by a commercial bank is the main rejoin to the very natural query of opting for a private bank by a customer. Today, focus is on quality and quality only. Now, it becomes very difficult to entertain a customer who is well-informed, matured, aware and market conscious.
