Abstract
The polycrystalline samples of (La Na) modified PZT, Pb0.91(La1-z/3Naz)0.09(Zr0.65Ti0.35)0.9775O3 (referred as PLNZT), were synthesised by a solution-mixing technique. Structural properties of the compounds were examined through X-ray diffraction technique. The pellets of the compounds were sintered at four different temperatures. The effect of sintering temperature on the dielectric properties of PLNZT was examined. Studies reveal that the dielectric properties of the compounds are very sensitive to the sintering temperature.
