Abstract
To clarify the behaviour of thermally oxidized indium selenides; thermodynamic studies have been carried out using the phase equilibrium diagram method. The experimental measurements of thermally oxidized indium selenides are summarised. It was established that the oxidation of the indium selenides In1−xSex (with x=3/7, 1/2 and 3/5) involves the formation of the ternary oxide In2(SeO4)3 as well as indium selenides In1−xSex with a higher value of x than in the initial one.
