Physical studies of some adenine complexes

Complexes of adenine with some divalent transition metal chlorides were prepared in aqueous solution and characterised by conductometric and photometric titrations, electronic and infrared spectra as well as thermal analysis. The electrical conductivity of solid complexes was measured in the temperature range 298–430 K and was found to show semiconducting behaviour.
