Abstract
All-inorganic 12-nm CuInSe2 nanocrystals, surface functionalized with metal chalcogenide complex ligands, were prepared via phase transfer ligand exchange in a biphasic (anhydrous hydrazine/hexane) mixture. I–V characteristics of thin films of these nanocrystals showed a four order of magnitude increase in current density as compared to nanocrystals capped with initial oleylamine ligands.
