Abstract :
The performance of an uncooled 980 nm fibre Bragg grating stabilised pump laser in miniature dual-in-line package as a function of laser front facet reflectivity (R/sub f/) and grating reflectivity (R/sub g/) is reported. The quantitative analysis on workable bounds for R/sub f/ and R/sub g/ with multiple devices is presented.
