Optimised time-frequency domain layer-peeling algorithm to reconstruct fibre Bragg gratings

Time-frequency domain layer-peeling is an algorithm that is commonly used to design fibre Bragg gratings. It is shown that the complexity and typical run-time of the algorithm may be significantly decreased by eliminating some key redundancies.
