Tight upper bound for bit error probability of combined space-time block codes and ideal beamforming

A tight upper bound for the bit error probability of the combined space-time block codes and ideal beamforming is derived. The resulting upper bound is compared to the simulated BER performance, showing a tight approximation at both low and high SNR.
