Improved Synthesis of Prostanoids on a Non-Cross-Linked Polystyrene Soluble Support

Prostaglandins are potent natural products which are involved in many biological processes. Here we report an improved synthesis of prostanoids by a three-component coupling approach using a soluble-polymer supported technique. Access to prostanoids should be valuable in drug discovery programs.
