Abstract :
Two new clerodane-type diterpenes, dytesinins A (1) and B (2), with a cyclopropane ring have been isolated from the Okinawan marine tunicate Cystodytes sp., and the structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data including newly developed 2D NMR experiments such as CH-selected editing HSQC-NOESY and J-resolved HMBC.
