Abstract :
Two new cytotoxic bromotyrosine alkaloids, maʹedamines A (1) and B (2), with a unique 2(1H)pyrazinone ring have been isolated from the Okinawan marine sponge Suberea sp. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data.
