Abstract :
Reactions of aldehydes, amines, and various nucleophiles such as silyl enolates, ketones, Danishefskyʹs diene, and allyltribuyltin in water were successfully carried out in the presence of p-dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DBSA) as a Brønsted acid–surfactant-combined catalyst.
