Abstract :
The new ditopic receptors consisting of a meso-ternaphthalene backbone and two crown ether rings have been synthesized. Hosts and have been shown to selectively complex and transfer the dipicrates, 1,9-diaminononane and 1,10-diaminodecane, from aqueous solution into the organic phase.
