Abstract :
The cycloaddition reaction between α-keto-β,γ-unsaturated phosphonates with cyclopentadiene, cyclohexadiene, dihydrofuran and dihydropyran in the presence of SnCl4, affords hetero Diels–Alder products. The influence of substituents and reaction parameters were studied.
