Abstract
We examine the questions associated with developing the hardware/software complex for studying and testing the mechatronic [mechanical/electronic] systems. Considerable attention is devoted to the feasibility of fabrication of the complex, whose primary element is the active load emulator that makes it possible to reproduce with acceptable precision the disturbing torques acting on the system under test.
