INFLUENCE OF FREQUENCY MODULATION OF THE REFLECTED ACOUSTIC SIGNAL ON THE ERROR OF AN ULTRASONIC VIBRATION TRANSDUCER

We examine by acoustic methods the influence of the frequency modulation of an ultrasonic signal that is reflected from a vibrating surface on the systematic error of the measurement of the vibratory displacements of the interface of the media. An evaluation of the error is made for various amplitudes of the vibration.
