ANALYSIS AND SYNTHESIS OF THE PRECISION INDEX DISTRIBUTION LAWS IN MODELS OF REAL TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES

We examine a stochastic model of the genesis of the distribution laws of the precision indices of the real technological processes. In the framework of the variants of the examined model, accounting for the action of the systematic and random factors, we find the probability characteristics and construct the controls of the probability density functions of the precision index. The examination required the use of the appropriate mathematical apparatus: the multi-dimensional problem of moments, the probability metrics, and the Walsh orthogonal systems.
