ROTARY PIEZOELECTRIC MOTORS AS PART OF AUTOMATIC SYSTEMS: DESIGN AND CHARACTERISTICS

The design and characteristics of rotary piezoelectric motors with projecting liners are considered by analyzing a piezomotor as a possible element of an automatic system. The results of the analysis and an equivalent electric circuit are presented.
