  • Abstract
    The enantiodivergent synthesis of (+)-and (−)-isolaurepan was achieved from a common chiral template easily available from tri-O-acetyl-d-glucal, using as key step a diastereoselective thermal Claisen rearrangement, combined with a ring expansion reaction using trimethylsilyldiazomethane.
