STABILITY OF A ROTOR IN THE CENTRAL POSITION

Certain properties of the spectrum of the system of equations obtained by linearizing the Reynolds equation and the equations of the motion of a rotor are considered. The analyzed system is reduced to a form suitable for calculating its eigennumbers.
