Problem of entrepreneurship development in Russia, the activation of this mechanism and a considerable amount of research and scientific activities are the subject of many scientific papers. However, in light of recent events in the global system of economic and political relations (the impact of negative trends in the global financial and economic crisis, the sanctions against the Russian Federation, etc.) there are not so a lot of positive prospects. We offer a short report about the Conference held in Murom (Murom Institute) in once again.
