Determining the Efficiency of Human Resources and Detecting its Influential Factors (Case Study: Samen Alaeme Credit Union of Golestan Province)

This research aimed to determine the efficiency of human resources and detecting its influential factors among the staff of Samen Alaeme Credit Union of Golestan Province. From the point of aim, this research is an applied research and from the point of methodology, this research is a descriptive correlative research, and the required data are collected through field method. In this research, the “efficiency of human resources” is a dependent variable, and organizational support, leadership method, staff empowerment, staff’s tendency and motivation, transparency and documentation of providing services method, and decisions credibility are the research independent variables, the research local zone for evaluating the efficiency of the human resources are all of the branches Samen Alaeme Credit Union of Golestan Province. The sample equal to this research population is the entire staff of all of the branches of Samen Alaeme Credit Unions of Golestan Province, and the number is 131 individuals. The results showed that all of the six factors have significant effects on the efficiency, and from the perspective of the respondents, factors of leadership method and managers’ decisions credibility have special importance on the efficiency, also the factors of “leadership method and organizational support” have allocated a higher score to themselves among the other influential components on the efficiency. And at the end some applicable and researchable suggestions are provided.
