Concept and Basis of Cultural Intelligence according To Nahj and Modern Philosophers

Administrators cannot manage staff with different cultures but when they know cultural differences of nations. Concept of cultural intelligence is a new one in psychology and management that includes many aspects needed for effective activity in various cultural domains. This paper is a short survey on theoretical basis of cultural intelligence; dimensions and criteria of cultural intelligence according to Hazrat Ali (AS), current doctrines and western philosophers to know how his word demonstrate his cultural intelligence? It is known that concept of cultural intelligence is inclusive and extensive for intellectual components including Lord, Religion, Resurrection, Ethic and Certainty; they are all basic and inseparable elements of his words; hence current instrument-based outlook to cultural intelligence lacks intellectual components with definite values and principles and it is in contrast.
