Abstract :
Service effort and turnover intent are outputs of employees’ behavior. Since human resources are the most valuable assets of organizations, keeping them much more satisfied and motivated for work and effort is so essential.Studies in the fields of leadership and management skills suggest that the empowerment is the essential component of effectiveness on organization. The main objective of this study is explanation the relationship between empowerment (independent variables) and their willingness to serve and leave (dependent variables). The study populations are personnel of the organization of economy & finance affairs and tax office of Guilan province. Method of this study is Causal and Method of data analysis is descriptive and illative. The method and tools of data collection is questionnaire. The samples were chosen by randomized sampling. Estimated sample consists of 270 persons. Structural equations modeling method was used to analyze and examine the hypothesis.
