Abstract
Turbostratic carbon nanofibers (CNFs), platelet graphite nanofibers (PGNFs) and tubular graphite nanofibers (TGNFs, also called multi-walled carbon nanotubes) were synthesized using thermal decomposition from a mixture of poly(ethylene glycol) and NiCl2.
