FOCUS: a molecular dynamics analysis program: New features for the characterisation of lipid bilayers and solvated systems Original Research Article

New features of the program FOCUS are described which are specifically designed for characterising phospholipid membranes and facilitating the comparison of calculated and experimental physical properties. The program FOCUS provides a general tool for analysing molecular dynamics trajectories and extracting relevant physical properties, rather than having separate programs for each analysis the user requires.
