Abstract
The calculation of bulk electron densities in high electron mobility transistors calls for the accurate numerical evaluation of the variants of the Fermi–Dirac integral. Mamedov reduces these integrals to a series involving gamma functions. These integrals are more efficiently evaluated by a DE quadrature scheme.
